To begin production on your order, please follow the steps below and review our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. If you have any questions, please email us at info@proticsports.com and our friendly support team will be glad to assist you.

Step 1:

Visit our website Customization to select the style of uniform and submit a REQUEST FOR A FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN online, or email us any design you like (include your team name, colors, and logo with your email). Our design team will send you a free mock-up within 24 hours.
Once you approve the final mock-up and are ready to order, email us your roster with details (player uniform sizes, numbers, names if applicable).
When replying, please also include:

• Your full name
• Shipping address
• Required delivery date

Step 2:

After receiving your roster, we will create your invoice and email it to you. Please review it carefully, and when ready, you can make payment using one of the following options:

• Xoom Payal Service
• Bank Wire Transfer
• MoneyGram
• Western Union

Step 3:

Once we receive your payment, we will send you the Order Details within 24 hours. Please review and confirm. Once confirmed, production will begin, and changes may no longer be possible.
Your tracking number(s) will be emailed once your order is shipped, or you can contact our support team to check the status.

We also offer a 100% Refund on Custom Sample Uniforms. If you order a sample, the cost will be credited toward your next bulk order. (Rush orders available within 7–10 days).
